Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Estimated delivery time is usually 7-12 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high order volume, customs checks, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Kenswick is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.
